Shipping Policy

We at Brickko strive to process your orders as quickly as possible. Currently, we aim to process them within 3–5 business days.

Order processing is also subject to stock availability. If there is likely to be a delay with your Brickko order, we will contact you to let you know.

If your order contains any pre-ordered items, the entire order will be shipped ONLY once all items are in stock. Please place orders separately if you need other items urgently.

Who will Brickko send my order with?

Brickko currently uses Mail to ship all orders. We offer Mail standard first and second class for dispatching your order. This service is not tracked and will be delivered with your usual daily post via Mail. If you would like your order to be sent with tracking, please contact us with your order number to arrange this.

Mail 24/1st Class usually arrives the next working day after being dispatched. Mail 48/2nd Class shipping usually arrives within 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.

Please note that these services do not guarantee delivery times. While 95% of orders will arrive on time, Mail states that you should allow up to 14 working days to receive your order before contacting them or us. Also, please note that the Mail time limit starts from the day we hand over your parcel to them, not from the day you place your order. We aim to dispatch your Brickko order as soon as possible, typically within 24 to 48 hours, but please note that on rare occasions, it can take up to 5 days to dispatch your orders.

 

Our website is designed to provide you with the correct delivery charge based on the items in your checkout. Unfortunately, sometimes errors can occur, and the incorrect delivery amount may be charged. If this happens, we at Brickko will contact you to inform you of the correct delivery charge and arrange payment if you accept it. If not, we are happy to refund and cancel your order.
