Who will Brickko send my order with?
Brickko currently uses Mail to ship all orders. We offer Mail standard first and second class for dispatching your order. This service is not tracked and will be delivered with your usual daily post via Mail. If you would like your order to be sent with tracking, please contact us with your order number to arrange this.
Mail 24/1st Class usually arrives the next working day after being dispatched. Mail 48/2nd Class shipping usually arrives within 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.
Please note that these services do not guarantee delivery times. While 95% of orders will arrive on time, Mail states that you should allow up to 14 working days to receive your order before contacting them or us. Also, please note that the Mail time limit starts from the day we hand over your parcel to them, not from the day you place your order.
